Ho Chi Minh City welcomed 1.48 million foreign tourists in the first half of the year, a year-on-year rise of 16 percent.
Binh Dinh Province has announced that the Tay Son-Binh Dinh 2008 Festival will take place on August 1-3. It will promote culture and tourism relics of the province, as well as feature traditional martial arts and theater of the birthplace of the famous Quang Trung King.
